Who is career coaching for?

Career coaching is for anyone looking for that next step in your working life - whether that’s at the very start of that journey or at any stage down the road.

Finding that direction and purpose can be a daunting prospect, especially if you don’t have years of work experience, or you’re feeling stuck or uncertain about yourself, your skillset or what’s out there for you.

So if you fit into one of the following then we should talk:

  • Recent graduate: You graduated from University in the last year or two and now you’re trying to work out how to break into the workforce, or land your first or next job. How do you manage that transition into working life, figure out where you want to go, and navigate how to get there?

  • Career Changer:‍ ‍You’ve been working for a while, maybe in one industry, maybe more, but you’re feeling ready for a pivot or to a completely new area or role.

  • Work Returners: Maybe you’ve been off work on maternity leave, or you’ve been made redundant or taken a career break, and now you’re ready to get back into your career.

  • Mid-Career Professionals: You feel stuck in your current job and without the prospects for promotion, development or growth that you need to feel fulfilled and excited.

  • Anyone Feeling Directionless: There may be no specific trigger - you’re just looking for a way to get some structured support to help you figure out where to go next.

If you match any of those descriptions, then career coaching could be massively beneficial for you, and you should definitely get in touch!
